HOUSTON -- If you're like many people, you could use getting rid of a stubborn five pounds and tone it up a little.

Houston trainer Terry Williams has teamed up with Meteorologist Chita Johnson to help give you daily tips through the entire month of May. As part of Chita's Challenge, Terry will help Chita and three others lose five pounds in three weeks.

We'll track their progress with weekly weigh-ins, and Terry will offer up daily tips.

Tip 5) For ideal lunch & dinner portions & nutrient value, combine a fist-sized portion of lean meat with a fist sized portion of vegetables.
