Park Bench Bootcamp Workout: Step Ups: 15 reps for each leg

Sculpt your thighs, calves and glutes with step-ups off a park bench. Stand in front of the bench and bring your right foot to the center of bench seat. Keep your knee behind your toes as your press through your right heel to stand up. Slowly lower your left back to the ground and repeat 15 reps on the right, then move to 15 reps on the left.
