HOUSTON—A simple 15-minute test has been developed that can spot the early signs of Alzheimer’s disease.

Researchers at Ohio State University say a four-page test can be administered at home or in a doctor’s office and it  can measure cognitive functions, like language, reasoning and memory.

It does not actually diagnose Alzheimer’s, but it is a tool that will help doctors start treatment sooner.
