HOUSTON – Police are on the hunt for a suspect they said shot three people after an argument in southwest Houston late Monday.
Police said an argument broke out between a group of people in the street on Gustine at Sapling Way around 11 p.m. when a man pulled out a gun and opened fire, hitting three people.
Police said one person was directly hit and taken to the hospital for treatment. That victim’s condition is not known at this time.
Police said two innocent bystanders were hit also, but their injuries were minor.
Police searched for the suspect who was said to have fled on foot near Brays Bayou, but could not locate him.
