Customers flock to Trump cafe after election night

After the shocking presidential win, Donald Trump supporters are flocking to a cafe in Bellville, Texas.

BELLVILLE, Texas - It's on a quiet corner in a small Texas town, but anything with the word Trump on it lately, makes you want to take a closer look.

"The name on the front door definitely drew us in," said David Duncan.

Once inside, the soon-to-be 45th President of the United States is everywhere, even on the menu.

Donald Trump is on a hot streak and so is the Bellville restaurant that bears his name. The owner is a Muslim-American and die-hard Trump supporter who made the decision to change the name two weeks ago.

"We're getting a lot of support from people, they're driving here from all over the country," said Eddie Hawa, co-owner of the Trump Cafe.

Hawa's restaurant has become a mecca for Trump supporters celebrating a win that even Trump's biggest supporters didn't see coming.

"I didn't think it would happen, but tickled to death that it did," said Duncan.

The president-elect has a new burger named after him and supporters are eating it up. More than 80 a day have been sizzled up since the election. But the diners here are hungry for a lot more.

"He stirred something up," said Carolyn Daignault. "People are hungry for change."

Change. It's what fueled Trump's rise to power.

"He told the truth, spoke in layman's terms," said Kevin Kubrick. "He didn't care what people thought about it. And that's what we need in politics."

Average hard working Americans who wanted something different. They were willing to take a chance on an imperfect man with the perfect message for a divided country.
