MEADOWS PLACE, TEXAS - A driver allegedly refused to stop for police and crashed a stolen pickup all the way into a home in Meadows Place overnight.

Crews early Friday were working to remove the Ford pickup from a home in the 12100 block of Amblewood.

It all started when police on W. Airport spotted three men in the stolen truck. The driver refused to stop for officers and turned into the neighborhood where he went straight into the home.

The front of the home suffered extensive damage as the pickup smashed through a wall and window and into a living room area. The family was asleep upstairs, and no injuries were reported.

One of the three suspects in the truck managed to get away. Two were arrested at the scene.
