Suspect wanted for death of a man

HOUSTON- The Houston Police Department is looking for a suspect who is being charged with the aggravated robbery-serious bodily injury against a man in March. 

Police say the suspect, 33-year-old Mario Lyndell Criss, played a role in the death of Warren Bryan Hart, 43. The incident occurred in the 2200 block of Fannin around 3 a.m. on March 30. 

According to the HPD Homicide Division, police were flagged down by passers-by regarding the victim who was lying in the street. Paramedics transported Hart, who suffered sever head injuries, to Ben Taub General Hospital where he later died. 

Authorities say upon further investigation Criss was identified as the suspect and charges were filed on him Sept. 2.
