HOUSTON- A Houston business owner shot a suspect in the head and arm after he saw him breaking into his truck early Saturday morning.
According to authorities, the owner heard someone breaking into his Chevy Tahoe around 3:00 a.m on Sept. 10 at the intersection of Karbach and Ramus. He then went outside and shot towards the suspect who attempted to leave.
Police said the owner shot the suspect's car window and front tire. The 28-year-old suspect was shot twice, in the head and arm.
The suspect is in serious condition at Ben Taub Hospital. The owner suffered no injuries.
