MCSO: 4 teens arrested after overnight graffiti spree

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TEXAS - The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says a teen was caught in the act vandalizing a church sign, leading to four arrests early Friday morning.

Around 1:10 a.m. a deputy saw a pickup parked in the 3100 block of Sawdust Road. A suspicious person with a gray hoodie was running from a church and to the parked pickup.

When the deputy got closer, he could see the church’s sign was vandalized.

The deputy stopped the patrol car and apprehended four teens, one male and three females. Inside their vehicle the deputy said he found cans of spray paint.

Throughout the morning the sheriff’s office received complaints of cars and houses getting tagged in The Woodlands area.

All four are charged with several counts of criminalmischief.

The suspects are identified as:

John Huante, 18
Katherine Cromb, 18
Samantha Pina, 17
Female Juvenile, (name and date of birth not being released)
