HOUSTON - A second brother has been charged in last month’s deadly shooting at Haverstock Hills Apartments.

Kenneth Jones, 35, has been charged with capital murder in the March 26 shooting that left two people dead and four others injured.

Jones’ brother, Harvey Jones, 34, is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. A third brother, Jeremy Jones, was originally charged with murder in the shooting, but those charges were dropped after prosecutors said it was a case of mistaken identity.

Deputies say Kenneth Jones is not in custody at this time, but he is expected to turn himself in.
