Reward for suspects involved in grocery store burglary

HOUSTON- Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department are offering an award for information leading to the charge and arrest of three suspects accused of breaking into a grocery store.

According to authorities, the suspects backed into the front doors of the grocery store located in the 2800 block of Hempstead Highway around 3:45 p.m on August 3. 

Police say the suspects continuously drove through the front of the business until they knocked over the ATM located inside.

Surveillance captured the suspects as they tried to pick up the ATM, but they were unsuccessful.

The suspects, all male, abandoned the red, stolen pickup truck and fled the scene on foot. 

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that could lead to the charging and/or arrest of the suspect in this case. Anyone with information can report it by calling 713-222-TIPS (8477), texting TIP610 or with an online submission.
