Reward for suspect who robbed bank

HOUSTON- Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department are looking for a suspect accused of robbing a bank in August. 

According to authorities, the suspect entered the bank located on the 12600 block of Memorial Drive around 4:20 p.m. on Aug. 19. Police said he approached the counter and showed the teller a note that read, "Robbery. Gun. Cash." 

The teller handed the suspect cash, and he then left the scene in an unknown direction. Video surveillance captured images of the suspect committing the act. 

Officials described the suspect as medium build, 5'10 to 6'0 and unshaven. He was last seen wearing a camouflage fishing hat, black sunglasses, button-down khaki shirt, khaki jeans and white tennis shoes. 

Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the suspect's charging and arrest. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers by phone at (713)-222-8477 or online submission.
