Reward for bank robbery suspect

HOUSTON- Crime Stoppers of Houston is looking for a gunman suspected of robbing a bank on Friday evening. 

According to officials, a man armed with a gun entered the Comerica Bank located at 200 Gulfgate Mall around 5:30 pm on September 2. 

Officials say the suspect approached the counter and un-zipped a binder to show the teller his pistol. He then demanded the teller to give him cash. 

The teller gave him an undisclosed amount, and he fled the scene on foot. Nobody in the building was physically hurt. 

Officials are describing the man as 5'9" to 6'4" tall, 140 to 180 pounds, and medium to heavy build. He was wearing a black sweat or jump suit with brown tri and steel toe or construction-like shoes. His eyes are hazel or green, and he had strawberry-blonde hair. 

Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the suspect's identification and arrest. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers by phone at (713)-222-8477 or by contacting the Houston office of the FBI at (713) 693-5000.
