HPD: Suspect wanted for burglary of Barbara Bush Literacy Foundation

HOUSTON - Police are looking for the suspect responsible for the burglary of the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation.

According to HPD, on August 14 around 10:40 p.m., an unknown suspect broke into the foundation in the 7800 block of San Felipe Dr. A surveillance video captured images of the suspect leaving the building carrying a stolen television. 

Police say the suspect fled the scene in a 2002 tan Nissan Maxima, license plate CV6N892. He appeared to have fled the building heading east on San Felipe.


Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $5000 reward for information leading to the charging and/or arrest of the suspect.
