Police on Thursday identified the fugitive as David Tramell McFarland. Police say robbery was the suspected motive in the Oct. 24 shootings. The victims were 26-year-old Narciso Briagas, 30-year-old Miguel Angel Morales and 16-year-old Roman Gabriel Barragan. All lived in Houston. Two victims were found dead in a pickup.
