HOUSTON - The FBI Violent Crime Task Force is seeking the public’s help in identifying five suspects accused of robbing a west Houston bank while children were inside.

Officials say the incident happened around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Capital One Bank in the 1100 block of Eldridge Parkway.

They say four men with hoods and masks covering their faces entered the bank while one stayed at the door.

According to authorities, the four suspects inside robbed the tellers while customers – some with children – were inside.

Authorities say no one was injured, and the suspects left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash, leaving in a silver Volkswagen Jetta with no front license plate.

The suspects are described as black males, tall with athletic builds and in their early to mid-20s. Officials believe the same men are involved in similar bank robberies that occurred in January and March.

Anyone with information on this case is urged to contact Crime Stoppers of Houston at (713)-222-TIPS or the FBI Houston office at (713)-693-5000.
