HOUSTON -- A family feud ended with a mother being sent to the hospital Friday night in southwest Houston, police said.
According to the Houston Police Department, officers responded to a stabbing at 10 p.m. near West Fuqua Street and Blue Ridge Road. When police arrived, they found a woman stabbed in the neck.
Investigators said that a man and his wife got into an argument, and then their son jumped in and got into a brawl with his father.
People started to pull out knives, and somehow, the woman was stabbed in the neck, police said. The victim was taken to a hospital and is in serious but stable condition.
The father and son were not seriously hurt. Police are trying to sort out who stabbed the woman, so no charges have been filed yet.
