HOUSTON—A woman, who works as a security guard, was sleeping Monday when two people broke into her apartment in northeast Harris County.

“All I heard was ‘bam,’ I jump up and a guy was in my house. When I heard the door pop open, I was like, ‘What the hell?’ I stood up and all I can see was the back of him running out of my house,” said Felicia Mott.

It happened around 1:30 p.m. at the Tall Timbers Apartments located on Woodforest Boulevard.

She said the thieves stole her laptop, ripped out her cable box and then took her Michael Kors purse with all her personal information inside.

“Just bring me my information back, my driver’s license, my Social Security card,” said Mott.

Mott said she didn’t see the thieves’ faces. She says she will now move out of the apartments.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
