HOUSTON – Houston police arrested a woman accused of running over her boyfriend after an argument Monday in west Houston.
It happened at about 9 a.m. at an apartment located in the 6200 block of Richmond Avenue.
Jessica Salas was arguing with her boyfriend and ended up driving off in his truck, police said. The man went out to the parking lot and Salas came back to parking lot and drove past him. When he stepped into the middle of the parking lot, police said Salas reportedly slowed down like she was going to stop, then stepped on the gas and ran down her boyfriend, before crashing into a Metro bus stop.
The man was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
