HOUSTON – A woman accused of stabbing a University of Houston professor to death with a stiletto heel was in court Thursday to get a new attorney.
Ana Lilia Trujillo blew kisses to friends who showed up to support her as she faces a murder charge in connection with the death of her boyfriend, Stefan Andersson.
Investigators said they found Andersson dead last month with at least 15 to 20 puncture wounds on his face, arms and neck.
Police said Trujillo had blood on her clothes and hands when they arrived at Andersson's condo in the Museum District. She claimed it was self-defense.
