HOUSTON--U.S. Marshals are joining the effort to track down the Houston artist accused of vandalizing a Pablo Picasso painting.

Investigators say cell phone video shows Uriel Landeros spray painting the piece at the Menil collection. He is charged with criminal mischief and graffiti.

If convicted, he could face 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
