HOUSTON –- Police said a fleeing suspect caused a late night car accident on Sunday.
The Houston Police Department said it was just before midnight when officers tried to stop a vehicle in west Houston on Gladefield near Leawood. The driver sped up and then wrecked into a truck while driving through a yard and sidewalk.
No injuries were reported.
There was no early word on what charges the driver may face.
