SUGAR LAND, Texas -- Sugar Land's largest employer is planning layoffs.
The Fluor Corporation says it will let go approximately 500 workers between now and Christmas.
That's a big chunk of its 3,500 employee workforce.
The company provides oil and gas engineering services.
