HOUSTON—A stolen car suspect was arrested early Thursday after a police chase in southwest Houston, according to Houston police.
An HPD officer in an unmarked car spotted a stolen vehicle around 12:30 a.m. That officer called for assistance from a marked car, who then tried to pull the driver over on the Southwest Freeway.
The suspect led officers on a chase to the Southwest Freeway at Weslayan, where he hopped out and fled on foot. ?
Officers caught up with the suspect and placed him under arrest.
