SHENANDOAH, Texas – Police arrested a Houston man who allegedly robbed a Woodforest National Bank in Shenandoah.

Quincy Ramon Randolph, 37, was on parole for residential burglary and was taken into custody at a Harris County Parole Office during a visit with his parole officer on August 27.

DNA evidence recovered from a vehicle used in the violent July 15 armed robbery of the bank was linked directly to Randolph.
