HOUSTON—Police released a photo Monday of the suspect in a fatal hit-and-run on Oct 28th.
Investigators said Jonathan Hudson, 20, is accused of running a stop sign and crashing through a fence into a family’s back yard.
One person was killed and four more were injured.
Police said Hudson ran off after the crash, but they had his mug shot from a previous incident.
