KEMAH — Police say a League City woman lied when she claimed she was carjacked while stuck in traffic, then tied to a bed in a house in Dickinson.
Brandy O’Brien told police she was carjacked while sitting in spring break traffic on Highway 146 on March 15.
But after a month-long investigation by Kemah and Dickinson police, O’Brien was arrested for perjury and false report to a police officer.
