HOUSTON – A 21-year-old man is accused of using his cell phone to take a picture under a bathroom stall in a women’s restroom at a restaurant in west Houston, police said.
Felix Flores is charged with improper photography with bail set at $2,000.
Police said Flores was caught trying to take a photograph in the women’s restroom at the McCormick and Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant located in the 700 block of Town and Country Boulevard.
