‘Persons of interest’ being questioned in death of burned dog

HOUSTON -- The Harris County Fire Marshal's office is interviewing "persons of interest" in the burning death of a dog in northwest Houston on Saturday.

One of the persons being interviewed is the dog owner's son. He was interviewed Monday morning.

The burned dog was found in the sewer at the intersection of Ella Crossing and Burnell Oaks Lane.

No charges have been filed.
