PASADENA, Texas—An 18-year-old vehicle owner dragged a repo man who had come to pick up his vehicle, according to Pasadena police.
Gabriel Salinas was charged with assault.
Police said a repo man arrived to take possession of Salinas’ vehicle on December 6. Salinas allegedly told the man he needed to remove a few personal items from the vehicle first, but hopped in and sped off.
The repo man held onto the vehicle for a short while and ended up being dragged about 100 feet.
He was not seriously hurt.
Salinas’ bail was set at $5,000.
