HOUSTON – Police searched Thursday for robbers who tied up a southwest Harris County homeowner and then ransacked his home.

It happened in the 13700 block of Spring Point View.

The man said it was the worst two-and-a-half hours of his life. He didn’t want his face shown because of what happened to him.

The two criminals covered his head with clothes.

“They tie me on the chair, put me in my bathroom,” he said.

They left him tied up in the bathroom while they ransacked the entire home. He couldn’t even sneak away to call 911.

The thieves had cut the phone line.

The men stole his gun, cash, wallet, keys to the house, and took off in his Infiniti i30.

The victim did not get a good view of the thieves, but police are now searching for his stolen vehicle.
