GALVESTON, Texas – Judge Christopher Dupuy already indicted on eight felony and misdemeanor charges said Thursday morning he will not fight his temporary suspension from the bench, but he will fight to keep it from becoming permanent.

Dupuy was brought up on charges, which included obstruction or retaliation, abuse of official capacity and official oppression.

Dupuy denied allegations that he planned to have his wife killed and move with his children to New Zealand.
