HOUSTON – A Harris County Precinct 3 deputy constable accused of driving drunk with his son in the car appeared in court Monday morning.

Deputy Henry Williams’ attorney said the lawman is devastated and embarrassed by the allegations against him.

Last Thursday, Harris County investigators said they found Williams passed out in his personal vehicle at Parkway Forest and Beltway 8.

His 4-year-old son was in the backseat.

The boy was not harmed.

Williams was arrested but released on bond.
