HOUSTON—A Houston widow is asking for the public’s help solving her husband’s murder. Laura Florez’s husband, Johnnie Florez, was shot to death in the driveway of their home back in May. "My kids ask for their father every day. My daughter asks if they’ve been caught, and one day, with your help, I’d like the answer to be yes," Laura Florez said. Investigators have no motive or leads, but they said the father of four was being targeted. Two weeks before he was killed, investigators said a man in a car shot at Florez.
