HOUSTON -- Police have charged a former personal trainer at the Westside Tennis and Fitness club with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
Investigators are looking for Forrest Wayne, 41, who they say had a sexual relationship with the victim from July to October.
According to court documents, Wayne was the victim's personal trainer. However, managers at the Westside Tennis Club believe the victim met him while she was working out with her mother.
Police say Wayne would take the girl to a motel along Katy Freeway where the two would have sex.
The Westside Tennis Club says Wayne was a trainer at the facility for 7 years, working mainly with adults.
Following the allegations, he has been terminated.
"We took swift action as soon as we were alerted to this alleged incident," said Westside CEO Linda McIngvale.
Police are urging anyone who knows Wayne's whereabouts to contact investigators or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
Westside Tennis and Fitness released the following:
