HOUSTON—Police are looking for the driver who struck a cyclist and fled the scene on Saturday night.
Around 10:30 p.m., officers reportedly found a woman lying on the road at Long Point and Harland, where she had been riding her bicycle in the shoulder on the way home from work at Whataburger.
Investigators say she was struck by a Chevy pick-up truck and the driver kept going without stopping to help.
The woman was transported to Memorial Hermann in serious but stable condition.
