HOUSTON – A former employee has pled guilty to vandalizing the computer system of a local energy provider. Steven Kim was a database administrator at GEXA Energy until he was terminated last year. But earlier this year, Kim remotely accessed the company’s computer system and caused at least $100,000 in damage. Kim now faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
