SPRING, Texas – The FBI is asking for the public's help to find an armed man who robbed a Spring bank on Monday morning.
The incident happened at 9:35 a.m. at the BBVA Compass Bank located at 1532 Spring Cypress Road.
According to the FBI, the suspect entered the bank with a black semi-automatic handgun, approached the teller and demanded money. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, he left the bank in a silver Dodge Charger with dark tinted windows. The vehicle was last seen going east on Spring Cypress. No one was physically hurt.
The robber is described as a male, in his 20s, 5’8”, 150 pounds, slender to medium build, medium complexion, wearing a green and gray plaid shirt, blue jeans and a black do-rag on his head.
