HOUSTON—Deputies are looking for a couple of robbers who held up a bank Friday in northwest Harris County.
The robbery happened around 9:30 a.m. at the Wells Fargo located on Louetta near Highway 249.
A woman who was inside the bank said two men armed with guns burst into the bank and demanded money.
After getting some cash the robbers took off, but did leave clues behind.
Deputies found a truck running with the doors wide open, likely used by the robbers.
The truck had a busted steering column, super glue in the driver’s seat and gloves on the ground.
Investigators said there was a tracking device in the bank bag, but the robbers dumped it behind a nearby building.
