DEER PARK, Texas—A Deer Park city councilman is back at home after visiting a judge Friday.
Councilman Jeffrey Pound was accused Sunday of assaulting his wife.
Pound’s wife, Lisa, told police that her husband pushed her and pulled her hair.
He was later released on $1,500 bond.
