HOUSTON -- Houston police are on the lookout for two men who broke into Collectors Firearms on the city's southwest side early Tuesday morning.

It happened around 1 a.m. on the corner of Fondren and Richmond.

Police said the men wore masks and hoodies and used sledgehammers to break through the gun store's back wall. The crooks crawled through a 3-by-3 foot hole in the cinder block. In a matter of minutes, they're seen on surveillance tape taking at least five guns, including handguns and rifles.

Police said they still don't know the exact number of firearms stolen. They have serial numbers for the weapons and are hoping to track them down.

Collectors Firearms was back open for business Tuesday afternoon, but store owners did not want to comment on the burglary.

Police plan to release surveillance tape of the incident in the coming days.

In the meantime, if you have any information, you're asked to call the Houston Police Department.
