BAYTOWN, Texas -- Police are investigating six similar robberies at Family Dollar stores in Baytown.
Baytown police say the robberies date back to August.
The latest robbery occurred at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Family Dollar located on the 1300 block of Garth Road.
Police say two men entered the store and approached an employee at the register. One suspect showed a handgun and served as a lookout. The other suspect displayed a crowbar and took cash from the employee’s register.
Both suspects ran away towards the Woodcreek Apartments at 1601 Garth Road.
