TOMBALL, Texas -- An assistant Harris County attorney has been charged in a case of road rage, police said.
Police said Susan Sciacca got so angry while driving on Tomball Parkway, she followed another driver into a parking garage and pulled out a handgun.
Sciacca is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She is out of jail on a $30,000 bond.
"I was fearful," Sciacca told KHOU 11 News when asked about the incident.
The assistant county attorney works in the Family Protective Services Division and deals with cases involving children who are abused or neglected.
The Harris County Attorney's Office said it is aware of the arrest and reviewing the situation.
