HOUSTON—One of three men suspected in Tuesday’s violent bank robbery in Crosby has been charged with aggravated assault.
The men robbed the Community Bank located on FM 2100 at about 1:30 p.m., and then got into a shootout with deputies who tried to stop them, investigators said.
No one was injured.
Police arrested Henry Giron, 21, and another suspect, shortly after the robbery. The gunman got away.
Charges are pending against the other suspect, investigators said.
