Grain mixed, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery rose 6.50 cents to $6.7625 a bushel; May corn was 2.50 cents lower at 4.9925 a bushel; May oats rose 8.25 cents to $4.19 a bushel; while May soybeans were 9.50 cents lower to $14.6425 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle rose .12 cent to $1.3492 a pound; May feeder cattle was .33 cent higher at $1.7885 a pound; while June lean hogs rose 1.12 cents to $1.2167 a pound.
