HOUSTON (AP) — Men's Wearhouse has named Jon W. Kimmins as its chief financial officer.
Kimmins takes over the role from interim CFO Diana Wilson, who will continue at the men's clothing company as executive vice president of finance and accounting.
Wilson stepping into the interim role in July, when it was announced that Men's Wearhouse Inc.'s former CFO Neill Davis was leaving the company to take on the new role of president at women's accessories and clothing chain Francesca's Holdings Corp.
Kimmins most recently served as executive vice president of finance and operations at LF-USA Inc., which is a unit of Li & Fung Ltd. Li & Fung is a wholesaler of clothing, footwear and accessories. Before working at LF-USA, Kimmins was treasurer and executive vice president at Toys R Us Inc.
Kimmins will also serve as executive vice president and treasurer. His appointments are effective April 4. The 55-year-old Kimmins will report to President and CEO Doug Ewert.
Men's Wearhouse, based in Houston, has 1,144 stores.
