HOUSTON—There have been nearly 150 arrests at a local strip club and now  the owners are suing the city of Houston

Treasures claims city police have harassed club workers for years and violated their first amendment rights.

The lawsuit filed Friday claims employees have been arrested 141 times during police raids.

Treasures’ attorney says 130 of those cases were dismissed and the other 11 that went to trial ended in acquittals.

City officials said the lawsuit is frivolous and said they plan to fight it.
