SPRING, Texas – A 25-year-old man faces a sexual assault charge after he allegedly raped a teenage girl who prank called him, according to a report from the Harris County Sheriff’s Department.
Joshua Alexis Gomez, is charged with sexual assault of a child with bail set at $30,000.
According to the affidavit, the victim prank called Gomez, which eventually led to her and Gomez conversing regularly over the phone.
On Feb. 24, the victim snuck out of her house late at night to meet up with Gomez. They eventually drove to Jenkins Elementary School where they parked, the affidavit stated.
Gomez then told the victim to get in the back seat where he proceeded to sexually assault the teen, the affidavit stated. The victim stated that she followed Gomez’s demands because she was scared of him.
