LIVE OAK, Texas -- A janitor accused of taking videos of women in a Kohl's dressing room has been arrested again after police say they found proof on his iPhone.

Jose Montiel, 17, was originally arrested on June 3 after a woman reported someone was taking photos of her while she disrobed in the dressing room at the Kohl's department store in the Forum Shopping Center.

Montiel, who worked as a janitor, refused to let Live Oak police search through the iPhone he had tucked away in his pants, according to an arrest affidavit.

Under the authorization of a search warrant, police said they found numerous videos on Montiel's iPhone of different women changing in the dressing room.

Investigators said Montiel eventually confessed to shooting the videos.

Montiel was arrested on Monday and was taken to Bexar County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
