HOUSTON— Another person has been charged with driving drunk in a crash that killed two people last month in Montgomery County.
Brian Goetz faces two counts of intoxicated manslaughter. Investigators said he flipped his truck while overcorrecting a turn on Nichols Sawmill Road.
Two passengers were killed.
Court records show his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.
